My students enjoy learning how to make something from wool using their hands & proudly taking home their creation. Whatever we make, it's about ensuring a space where people can really slow down & focus. Before this, I spent years as a primary school teacher, which taught me clear structure & gentle encouragement. I’m all for making learning feel fun, accessible & importantly giving you confidence to do it for yourself. As much as I loved teaching & working with children, I loved making things even more and decided to prioritise creativity for a living instead. In the week, I work as an Art Director in film production working on various set designs or getting roped into anything creative with a paint-brush, so I know how to set the scene & spark creativity. My workshops bring all of that together, creating a calm, well-held space where people of all ages can relax, create, connect & even surprise themselves.
